Baby Party Invitations
from:A baby party is one of the most fun kinds of parties to attend. I always enjoy being around pregnant women. It seems like lately, I’m heading to one baby party per month!
I think that there are some really nice invitations out there for a special baby party. I have a scrapbook that I maintain of all of the babies that were born to mothers whose baby party I attended. The scrapbook contains the baby party invitation, a newborn photo, a photo from when they are three, a photo from where they are ten and a photo from high school graduation.
It may seem odd that I have a scrapbook set up in this way, but I don’t think it is strange at all. I wanted to just give glimpses of this children and very important crossroads throughout their lives. Their lives don’t need to be chronicled in my scrapbooks, I just need snapshots. My favorite items are the baby party invitations.
I’ve been looking through all of the baby party invitations in my scrapbooks and I think that my favorites are the new ones that I’ve been getting. The older baby party invitations hold sweet memories, but the creativity of the newer ones is pretty overwhelming.
My niece’s daughter just sent me an invitation to a baby party. The invitation is adorable. The card was a folding card cut to be a diaper. There was even a notch for a pin shaped piece of paper to slide through. It was great. It has to be one of my all-time favorites.
The other thing that I thought was interesting about that baby party was that it was a diaper party. I had never heard of one of those before. Every attendee brought a gift and a pack of diapers. It was very clever and highly approve of this kind of party.
